The mobile churn begins

I began the churn process from Telstra to Vodafone last week.

I’m hoping it will be as painless as possible, of course, but that won’t stop me from documenting everything to help inform others.

So far Voda has been quite receptive.

Voda has introduced a new mobile data package (~$12 for 100Mb/month) which is of interest to me. I haven’t opted for that as I want to cross one bridge at a time.

It would be good to see Voda offer an e-mail-only data package for IMAP e-mail, or a series of mobile data packages to suit different usage patterns.
