My new DSL service came online over the weekend so I’m now back online. I haven’t heard boo from Exetel so I will assume everything went according to plan. Thanks for the speedy and smooth turnaround.
Although I will say I’m not sure what plan they’ve put me on as my modem tells me:

Isn’t that 13Mbps or thereabouts? And only the mmode protocol connects to the service and not ADSL2/2+. So much for an “upgrade”.
