I crash landed on the Gold Coast this afternoon for Cisco’s annual Networkers gab fest. I can hardly believe it’s been over 12 months since the same event last year.
I checked into the same hotel (Marriott) and headed up to about the same level. Here’s the view from my room which faces south…
This one shows the Q1 building – apparently one of the world’s tallest appartment blocks.
This one is facing south west towards the hinterland. Although what’s more impressive is the houses with boats parked outside!
As you can see it’s a bit of a dim, hazy day. Let’s hope the weather fines up a bit.
